Job Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an individual who is ready and able to initiate, support, coordinate, manage and report on key omnichannel media solutions for client campaign strategies. (Non FMCG – 3rd Party Clients).
These will align with Rainmaker’s retail media strategy, to ensure sustainable growth. Omnichannel solutions include in-store media, digital channels, ePOS (till slip) and targeted communications to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Key Account Management/Stakeholder management
• Media and Supplier Strategy Implementation
• Media Campaign Management
• Relationship Building
• Work with internal team to formulate strategies for creative omni channel solutions to meet client objectives and targets
• Present and discuss omni channel strategy with clients
• Manage workflow between client, creatives and campaign management team
• Responsible for after-sales service and post-campaign reporting to client and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

• BCom (Marketing) qualification or similar
• 4+ years Campaign management experience (e.g. advertising/media), digital marketing experience and accounts/stakeholder management.
• Retail media (advantageous).
• Marketing principles and practices
• Social media marketing
• Google Analytics
• Presentations skills, Creative and analytical skills
• Dynamic personality and the ability to think outside the box
