South West Gauteng TVET College 2023 intake

South West Gauteng College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training operating under the support of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) in terms of the Continuing Education and Training Act, Act No.16 of 2006, as amended. The college now offers Distance learning and online learning. South West Gauteng College has six campuses spread through Soweto, Roodepoort and Randburg. Its head office is at Molapo Campus, Soweto.

Walk-in Applications

  • Application forms are obtained at any of the college campuses or on the website www.swgc.co.za
  • Applications must be completed fully with clear printing using a black pen.
  • Applicants must sign their forms; admissions will not process your application forms if you fail to do so

Do you need supporting documents when submitting applications at South West Gauteng TVET College?

Supporting documents required:

  • Certified copies of the latest results or qualification
  • Certified copy of Identity document
  • Medical report from a registered doctor if you have any medical condition or disability that will require you to seek medical attention from the college

Foreign Certificates

Applicants with foreign certificates must have all their certificates evaluated by SAQA: Postnet Suit 248, Private Bag X06.
