Are you interested in studying at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, in 2023? Here is how you can apply to the university for 2023. The University of the Witwatersrand is known as the Wits University; it offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. It also offers diplomas and short courses. You can study at the university as a full-time or part-time student. Wits University has five faculties covering management, law, sciences, commerce, engineering, health sciences and humanities.

  1. Choose a programme. You can choose up to three programmes; if you choose programmes that require additional selection requirements, please make sure you submit them
  2. Upload all the required supporting documents, i.e. Upload your recent results/transcripts
  3. Pay your application fee
  4. Submit your application. You will receive an email shortly acknowledging receipt of your application. The email will contain your student number, your admissions consultant and application or admissions-related instructions.
  5. Access the self-service portal

Successful applicants will receive an acceptance letter, and please reply to the offer within the days specified.
